These terms set out the basis on which you may use macroforte.com (the "Site"). Using it means accepting them; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
MacroForte does one thing — as a macronutrient calculator it turns body statistics and a goal into daily protein, carbohydrate and fat targets, with the option of basing the split on lean mass. It estimates energy needs from the body statistics and activity level, adjusts for the goal, then divides that energy into the macronutrient ratio of the diet mode you pick — using grams per kilogram of lean mass when the precise option is chosen. What follows concerns only that tool and the inputs involved in it.
Everything the tool works with — your body statistics and goal — is handled locally. It is usually reached for things like adjusting the split after a change of goal, and because nothing is transmitted a visitor can close the tab knowing no copy was made anywhere.
